At present the only way to add a video file to a post is by linking a URL from an exsisting video hosting website (ie: you tube)
The reason for this is because video files can be large and take up a lot of space on the forum server in which there is limited space, if this space is exceeded it costs a lot more. At the moment the forum is personally funded, by myself and I cannot stretch to another monthley bill at present (I'm sure you'll all appriciate that).
The solution is linking URL's which uses only a tiny amount of server space.
To link a URL(ie: from youtube), simply cut and paste the link into the text of your topic, once saved the text will appear as a video.
When adding a linking a URL to your album in the media centre, click "add an item to this album" there is an option "Embed URL (remote videos)" , cut and paste the link there to display your video.
